Refund policy
At Zyntirra, we do our best to ensure every order delights you. Refunds are available only in limited situations, as detailed below.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are possible only if your order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Once shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. We do not offer refunds for dislike, change of mind, or dissatisfaction after using the product.
2. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. A parcel opening video is mandatory to verify and resolve your issue efficiently.
3. Buyer Changed Their Mind
We cannot accept refund requests if a buyer changes their mind after placing the order. Placing an order on zyntirra.com constitutes a legally binding purchase contract.
4. Parcel Returned to Us (Customer Not Accepted)
In case of prepaid orders that are returned to us due to non-acceptance by the customer, the refund will be issued after deducting two-way shipping charges.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer product exchanges. Please ensure you review product details carefully before making a purchase.
6. Refund Process
To initiate a refund (if eligible), please contact our support team immediately. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact your bank or card provider first, and then reach out to us at info@zyntirra.com.
